I am free!!!

well no... I am actually three years old, but I find it really hard to say so it somes out as "free" I had a small party which was great fun, and mummy made me a yellow racing car cake...

My new thing? when mummy tries to take my picture, not only do I give a weird looking smile, but up goes the thumb and I say "Cool".. What ever happened to smiling and saying cheese?

My latest obsession is mummy's shoes. I love to walk around the house in them because our floor is tiled and they make a great noise whenever I move... My favourite movie at the moment is Annie. I "need" mummy's shoes when Annie is on so I can hear my feet tap dance on the floor.

I am getting so big - its my 3rd birthday on the 17th of December!!!!

Mummy has put all of our old pictures onto the new computer - this one happens to have been taken two years ago today! Wasnt I a boofer? :) Check out that nasty mozzie bite on my cheek....

the beach house!

Last weekend my mummy took me to the beach house which is an amusment place at Glenelg - they have heaps of rides, and waterslides and arcade games to play. I went on lots of things including the train, but I loved the Noddy and Blinky Bill rides. I cant wait til I am bigger and can go on the water slides and dodgem cars - I had lots of fun watching them :)

Helping Daddy

I love helping daddy in the garden. Our house needed a lot of work when we bought it, and my mummy and daddy have been really busy making it all pretty. Last weekend we had some bark delivered to finish the front garden. I really wanted to help but daddy only has one wheelbarrow and he was using that so I had to use my own wheelbarrow.. I couldnt get as much into my wheelbarrow as daddy could but I still got a bit done...

This time last year my two favourite things in the world were my mums mobile phone and my bob the builder dressing gown and slippers :)

Ashton, you amaze me every day with how fast you are growing, and how much you are learning about everything, I also love your never ending kisses and cuddles - I couldnt imagine my life without you, love mummy xxx

Coffin Bay

For the Easter long weekend we went Camping to coffin bay, which is near Port Lincoln. We had such a good time, we went for lots of long walks, and even went to Port Lincoln for dinner and sightseeing on Easter Saturday. There was a really good playground there which I loved...

Coffin bay has a great national park with beautiful beaches. I was facinated with how white and smooth the sand was. I cant wait to go there again :)

I am so damn cute :)

I have not been feeling very well, and kept my mummy up all night last night. Today I didnt go to child care because I was sick, I was tired so I decided to go and sleep on the couch with my best friend 'sunshine bear'. As you can tell I was very comfortable.

Go the Crows!!

I love Football, especially when I see the Adelaide Crows on TV. My Mum is a huge fan as well, but Dad doesnt really have any idea about Football at all ;). I have some Adelaide Crows Pajamas which I love to wear. As soon as I have them on I run around screaming "goal"

I had a haircut

Today my mummy took me to the hairdressors to have a hair cut, I was very good and sat still whilst the hairdresser cut my hair. When she had finished I asked for 'gel' so she could make my hair spikey like my daddy does. When she was finished I looked at myself in the mirror and started laughing and telling the entire salon that I was 'cool'.

On the weekend...

We went to see my Grandma, She was on a holiday staying in her caravan. We went for a drive to visit her. We had lunch and then we went for a drive to the chocolate factory (yum!) . I was very sad when it was time to come home and I had to say good-bye to Grandma.

Mummy is trying to take a nice picture of me to send Aunty Shelley and Uncle Adam, but as soon as I see the camera I say "cheese" and pull this silly face. I am so funny

My Bike

We went camping to Lake Bonney for New Years Eve. I had a great time playing with my cousins and swimming in the lake with my daddy. I took my bike with me. I love riding my bike and I am just learning to reach the peddles. I also liked to wear my uncles big straw hat when I rode my bike.

tea? anyone for some tea?

I got a tea set for my birthday. I love it, my mummy has shown me how to pour the tea and add sugar and milk and stir it. mmmmm I love making tea.

My birthday

I had my second birthday on the 17th of December 2006, the night before I had a birthday party with my family which was great fun. I got lots of lovely presents, and had lots of fun playing with my cousins.

My dad is very clever and made me a bob the builder birthday cake. I was very clever and blew out my candles and my Aunty helped me cut the cake. I thought I was very smart to get the first lolly off of the cake. I wasnt really interested in eating anything apart from the icing and the lollies.
